Die Verabredung and Rozenstraat are excited to collaborate on a special video evening in conjunction with Julika Rudelius’ exhibition The Seamless Real.

This spontaneous collaboration brings together two art spaces that share a passion for video and performance art, as well as a longstanding admiration for Julika Rudelius’ work. We will be showing works by George Kuchar, John Jesurun, Haiqing Wang, Mara McKevitt, Stefan Ramírez Pérez. Micaela Durand & Daniel Chew.

The evening promises a program of experimental videos and films that may differ in style and form, yet are united by their exploration of power and authority, constructions of gender, the tension between control and chaos, and the seductive nature of power.

An evening you won’t want to miss!
